Hi, I’m Dr. Kyler Maxfield — chiropractor, athletic-minded clinician, husband to an amazing wife, and dad to three energetic boys. I’ve built my practice around one simple idea: every visit should be about the person standing in front of me. No rushing, no cookie-cutter plans, and no pressure — just honest, thorough, individualized care that fits your life.

My journey in healthcare started long before chiropractic school. I earned my degree in Athletic Training from Luther College, where I played basketball, ran track, and learned how to help athletes recover, move better, and stay healthy. I’ve always believed that the body responds best when it’s treated as a whole — muscles, joints, movement patterns, stress, and lifestyle all matter. That foundation influences every patient interaction I have today.

As a runner myself — completing my first full marathon in Madison in 2024 — I understand firsthand the frustration of pain that slows you down. But I also know what’s possible when you get the right kind of care. That’s why I specialize in helping runners, golfers, teens with headaches and tech-neck, blue-collar workers, and active parents who want to feel and function at their best.

My treatment style goes far beyond a quick adjustment. I take my time. I listen. And I use a blend of chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy (cupping, scraping, taping), mobility work, and simple, effective exercises to get lasting results. Whether you’re training for a race, trying to stay strong for your job, or dealing with stress-related headaches after long days at work or on screens, my goal is to help you feel better quickly — and give you tools to stay that way.

Most importantly, I will always give you honest recommendations, but I will never push long-term care plans or pressure you into unnecessary visits. I believe trust is earned through results and consistency, not contracts.

At home, life is full — with three boys and a wife who inspires me daily — and I bring that same family-centered mindset into the office. I want you to feel like you’re stepping into a place where you’re understood, supported, and cared for like family.

Whether you’re an athlete, a parent, a weekend warrior, or someone who just wants to feel normal again, I’m here to help you move, feel, and live better — one visit at a time.
